After tearing an ACL, Mark was not able to live his normal athletic lifestyle. Yoga allowed him to rehabilitate his leg, while releasing tension and strengthening the whole body. As Mark went further into his practice, he became mindful of his mentality, not just his movements. Yoga opened the doors for him to cultivate a strong compassion for his own self; which led him to connect with and respect others on a deeper level. He strives to inspire, and help students progress mentally and physically.
