All classes are well ventilated. At this time we do not have heated classes. Please bring your own props.

All Levels- This class is for those seeking movement and upfliting energy through a “vinyasa” or flow style class. The focus is to move dynamically with synchronized breathing while maintaining body awareness. You can expect a variety of empowering sequences which will include standing and seated postures, breathing techniques, and may include arm balances and inversions. Benefits include but are not limited to building strength, flexibility, balance, stress relief, and to cultivate overall peace for the mind, body and soul.

(Suggestions: Great for all levels. For beginners, we recommend taking our Beginner Fundamental Pop-Up classes as well as the Steady Ease and Relax Restore classes.)

Steady Ease: This class is for those seeking a calm, grounding, and gentle class. You can expect the use breathing techniques, gentle movements, passive and supported postures. Standing and seated postures will be explored. The use of props is encouraged to help find stability and ease. Benefits include but are not limited to improving calmness, stability, confidence, stress relief, and a positive sense of self.

(Suggestions: Great for all levels including beginners)

Relax Restore: This class is for those seeking a very relaxing, gentle, and nourishing practice through restorative yoga. Expect to use props such as blankets, blocks, and bolsters to help support yoga postures. Postures are held from 3-5 minutes to help stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, which is the rest and digest system, as well as, the use of breathing techniques. Most postures are either seated or lying on the floor. Benefits include but are not limited to improving range of motion, joint mobility, restoring health, reducing pain, stress and improving a sense of peace and well-being.
