All Levels– This class is for those seeking movement and uplifting energy through a “vinyasa” or flow style class. The focus is to move dynamically with synchronized breathing while maintaining body awareness. You can expect a variety of empowering sequences which will include standing and seated postures, breathing techniques, and may include arm balances and inversions. Benefits include but are not limited to building strength, flexibility, balance, stress relief, and to cultivate overall peace for the mind, body, and soul. (Suggestions: Great for all levels. For beginners, we recommend taking our Slow and Steady and Relax Restore classes.)


Slow and Steady: This class is for those seeking a calm, grounding, and gentle class. You can expect to use breathing techniques synchronized with movements and passive/ supported postures. Standing and seated postures will be explored. The use of props is encouraged to help find stability and ease. Benefits include but are not limited to improving calmness, stability, confidence, stress relief, and a positive sense of self. (Suggestions: Great for all levels including beginners)


Immune Boosting Yoga: This is a special blended class for those who are looking for movement and stillness. Class will start off with breathing meditation then we will work our way into moving in a vinyasa style. Finally, easing our way into yin poses which we will hold from 2-3 mins each. Benefits included but not limited to boosting your immune system, engaging in mindfulness, and stress reduction. (Suggestions: Great for all levels including beginners)


Relax Restore: This class is for those seeking a very relaxing, gentle, and nourishing practice through restorative yoga. Expect to use props such as blankets, blocks, and bolsters to help support yoga postures. Postures are held from 3-5 minutes to help stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, which is the rest and digest system, as well as, the use of breathing techniques. Most postures are either seated or lying on the floor. Benefits include but are not limited to improving range of motion, joint mobility, restoring health, reducing pain, stress, and improving a sense of peace and well-being.

Meditation: Meditation is an ancient technique and is scientifically proven to reduce stress, tension, improves concentration, and enhances health and wellness. A daily practice is recommended to see results quickly, but sometimes that isn’t feasible. So we have a weekly one for you to start off with. Join us for a guided and themed meditation practice that will leave feeling recharged in your body, mind, and spirit.
